Going Above And Beyond

SunRail Ambassadors are many of our customers’ first points of contact, often going above and beyond when duty calls.  A missing wedding ring was one such recent occasion.

A passenger was preparing to propose, but lost the wedding ring at the Longwood Station.  Rosalind, our Longwood station ambassador who knew of the story, found the ring among the rocks surrounding the train tracks two weeks later and was able to return the ring.  By the way, she said YES!
